| Centered in a room, a large hoop is hanging from the ceiling. As we approach, we can observe other peoples’ feet walking around in it. The hoop is suspended high enough for anyone to pass under inside.
A 10 meter long and 1 meter tall, 360o panorama takes us to a somehow unreal site in Shanghai’s industrial harbor area at dawn. A dancing girl is animating the scene with grotesque gestures.
Turning to see the entire picture we ourselves become the clown on the stage of this circular illusion.
